I've lost my inbox a few times due to my virus software deleting the inbox
file.
Because of this many emails I had and intended to answer were permanently
lost.
I apologize that many of you are not going to receive a response.
If you sent me an email anytime in the last month there is a chance it was
lost.
Feel free to send me your message again.

I have also had some personal matters that have drawn me away from my normal
level of committedness to IBO and you all as a community. I would like to
acknowledge all those who are so generous in the community to assist others
in my times of absence.

I also had some time that my source server machine needed some hardware
repairs. The CPU fan was not working well and so the machine was overheating
and shutting down. Now that I have a new CPU fan installed it has been
working great. Please try your URL again and it should work.

When I change the URL, which I'm thinking it's getting near time I do, I
organize all my sales information and send out either the new URL or how to
upgrade/extend source access subscription. It is rare that a problem arises
and most likely would be due to an email address change on your end.
