things like IB_Grid layout are controlled by the IB_Query,
rather than the grid component. This removes a lot of the
need for persistent fields.
Jason came up with the basis of this before Borland went off
at a tangent, so some things are just different. Now that I
have got into it, I prefer the IBO way of working, but it
has taken some time <g>
