On my own system, I can happily receive events using the IB_Events
component
(FBv1.5SS RC7, server is remote Win2k box). When trying my
application on a client's system (NT4 Server, 100mbs TCP/IP network)
I don't receive any events in my application (running on a Win98 PC).

I read Jason's note about NT4 sp2 being faulty, but this server was
patched up to sp6.

I plan to produce the simplest possible test case to confirm this,
but I wondered if anyone else had any other ideas on what could be
going wrong.
