Don,
then the ownership will be carried out according to the terms of my will. As
to who will take over development in my place, I would expect it to be
something the community could do. My wife and I had this conversation and
fortunately she is very in tune with who's who in the IBO Community.
The worst case scenario is that it would end up being open sourced by
whoever became the new owner. I suppose I could put terms like that in my
will to ensure this would happen. Since IBO has been around for about 8
years now, there are many people who could pick up the sources and move
forward with them.
