Post your findings on the firebird-support group on Yahoo Groups.
Someone there should be able to help you and even Firebird developers
follow that group. I think you may have found a bug that should be
fixed before Firebird 1.5 is officially released. And, maybe put in
the subject "FB 1.5 - Problems with UDF paramters", just mentionning
FB 1.5 should get some of the developers attention.

Also, make sure that you are using the latest version of FB 1.5(which
is RC7). If you are not using FB 1.5 RC7, make sure to specify which
RC you are using and on which OS.
