Yes, that is correct. You don't need Core or Data Access unless you are
doing multi-threading in which case you will need the Core module. It has
the TIB_Session component. (Though it is in the run-time module accessible
in code-only).

Also, FYI, the data access bundle 4 user is $1,095.00 which is only $223
more than $872. It might be worth it to have access to the other
components.
