OK, the reason I asked this is that the eval version has a nag screen that
only appears when you try to run your app outside the IDE. It has a modal
reply which is a (calculated) nuisance to people who decide to run their
exe in production with the "free" eval version.

Of course, in a dll, the app is going to wait forever to get an "OK" back
from the nag screen.
