In some previous hassles trying to get the custom glyphs to work I have
decided to replace the ones supplied on a as-required basis.

Where can I upload these to for others to use. Currently I am only using
the update, navigation and dataset bars but I have replaced the common
images in the resource files with XP flavoured images.

I'm happy to provide updates as I do them, no guarantee how often though.
