Just a note to say that I've added a little pack to the new help kits with
some extra (hand-made) files and a readme, which might help work around the
help install problems in Delphi 6 (should work for D5 as well).

the helpfile itself hasn't changed since the build so, if anyone wants this
helper pack on its own, I'll post it up.
