I realy appreciate the help.

I have purged my stored procedure for a select statement and have put
some time aside to learn how to use KeyLinks which I suspect will be of
great help in the future.

I am also putting in some more effort to understand transactions in IBO and
how they are related to FB.

My app works fine now.
