Our Application works alternatively with Paradox
or Interbase. We use D5, BDE or IB-Objects 4.2 Hh.

We have a Master and a Detail-Table (Both TTables
or TIBOTables). The active Record of the Detail
is e. g. the last record.

We do a Master.Edit

BDE: the Detail stays at its active record,
(the behaviour we need)
IBO: the Detail scrolls to the first record


Is this a bug or is there a reason to
do it that way?
