My changes was only in TIB_Column.GetDisplayText.
If comes errors in edit/post, I don't know why.

I have exactly the same problem.

The user must enter time into grid. I set the EditMask as 00:00.
When user enters '08', the time is shown '08:00' (thanks to mask), but when
I try to post, I get error - "invalid time". User must fill in all the 0's
to get the time accepted.

This kind of the edit mask doens't help user at all

OK, it sounds good, but again: when I type a number (for ex. 8) and want to
move to another column, I receive a message "8: : is not a valid time". My
ShortTimeFormat variable is h:mm. Playing with NODATE and field format gets
no results. It is annoying, that user MUST fill all the numbers and before
the IBO Hc update he simply filled ONLY ONE.
