I concur with Helen, except that there is no point waiting for Jason
to return - Jason and I discussed this in some detail a few months
ago. There are API inconsistencies with this parameter and Jason has
removed it from TIB_Connection and was going to remove it from IB_SQL
(but has apparently not gotten to it yet). Use gfix (and write to
IB_support if it does not work.)
