Hi, Jason stated that he will send e-mail with the new IBO source location to registered users.
Since I've not received that e-mail yet, I'm wondering if Jason did not completed the e-mails send, or he forgot me.
I often submit fixes to IBO code, so keeping in sync with the latest source is paramount for me :)

brw, in the README Jason talks about "abnormal bandwidht utilization". Since often people use programs like GetRight or FlashGet to download files, and these programs open simultaneous multiple connection, could it confuse his calculations?
