The problem is because I didn't realize a change to a property would impact
the DFM. It has to do with the Grid's TitleAlignment property. Open the DFM
and take note of all the grid's TitleAlignment property settings and remove
them from the DFM and then go back to text and enter the new settings.

This was purely a mistake on my part. Sorry to all for this inconvenience.
