TIB_Import doesn't get installed if you are using anything less than
D4/CPPB4.
It is explitly excluded, by Jason, in IB_ToolsReg.pas.

I have removed the 'ifdefs' from this file for CPPD 4 and it then installed
- see my email (same subject as this) from yesterday.

No. ib_export, ib_datapump display in my iboAccess palette, but
ib_import doesn't appear.
