Most gratefull , M. Hellen.
I was aware of the network-side issues , and maybe your point of too many
datasets open are rigth (a dozen or so by form).
Anyway , it was a Intebase-servercentric application before IBO. True , i
has to move some procedures to Stored Proc , but its getting offtopic. Only
my intention to thank you your kindness in such a swift and accurate reply.
I'll post some other questions (one by post, agreed) in the list.
