When we updating to 6.02, it found that IBO40WSDT_D6 is not compartible
with the new version.

When we tried to re-install 'IBO40WSDT.pdk', An error message is shown
as below:
" Cannot load package 'WEBSNAP60'. It contains unit 'SiteConst' which
is also contained in package 'WEBSNAP61' "

Otherwise, the other IBO packages seem Okay.
