At this stage I cannot see the problem you are describing.

Can you please create a demonstration application - perhaps using the
Employee.GDB - and email it to me privately
(geoff@...)

Keep it simple and provide explicit instructions on how to see the
behaviour that you dont like. I will take a look when I get a chance
and let you know what I find.
