Times ago, I looked into fastreport. It's a good report tool. I didn't
choice it to my report tool because the IBO native support disable Tdataset
compatible components. I had need to both, tdataset vcl and ibo native
datasets.
So, I changed to Report Builder that didn't have this problem.
I don't know if the latest versions of fastreport solve this problem.
