Delphi 6 Personal has just been released on a front cover CD
( in the UK ).

Usual problem of not being able to distribute projects
developed using it, but ignoring the legality problem, as a
Non Delphi user, could I use this copy and IBO and build the
same sorts of program that I currently do with Builder 5
Professional.

I suppose the question is - IF I wanted to change, could I
get way with a Personal copy of Delphi - or is the same
distribution restriction applied there as well ?
