Are you talking about the "ParamName" property of LookupEnh? Sort of
setting up LookupEnh as a search against the rates dataset. I do know
that I have had some problems with the ParamName property (even though
I am the original author of that particular feature) - where the
change to the parameter is not accepted until you Exit the control.
Is that what you are seeing?

If you are setting up as Master/Detail (as in the PriceList example),
you may need to set LookupDeactivate = false - to prevent the lookup
from trying to automatically close.

If that does not help please provide some more detail about what you
are seeing.
