I forgot to update the g to an h. Another "unmentioned" reason I just
released the i sub-release in which I did remember to update the sub-release
constant.

Sorry about this.

Patch i fixes a performance drain introduced fixing another problem and also
includes Jeff's fix for the IB_Export component.

There is a new IBO4 BETA sub-release as well.
