Yippee - I'm back and working again !

I did yet another clean removal of CPPB4 (including the registry) and
reinstalled & patched again - I'm getting good at this now :o)
I then installed the latest IBO - same error :o(
Trashed that, and restored my offsite backup into the original/same location
and compiled - worked fine :o)
I'm using 3.6B for now !
