In my opinion:

1)upgrade the license of your current customers ( and i am ) to full source
code .
2)find a place where to put source code
3)choose a license schema for new customers
4)let customers drive the devolopment
5)share roialties with customers that became developers .
There is a web-site where all this is possible, but i do not remember the
name , it is in UK .
