I took your advice and attempted to install IBO_D4.DPK and received the same
error (File not found: IB_Migration.DCR). So I deleted all the files and
folders and unzipped everything again. I then opened the IBO_D4.DPK file and
clicked on the Install button. I received the same error message during the
Link process. Would you have any other recommendations?
