Yes, although the normal phrasing of this would probably be...

"IBO looks for pairs of the delimiter"...

or perhaps

"IBO searches for pairs of the delimiter"...


FWIW. I often use dictionary.com to lookup definitions when online. I
am still looking for a good offline dictionary.
