This is the error message I'm receiving right now.
Not very funny, I can tell you.
This seems to have happen after a power failure. I wasnt home for the
weekwend, and when I came back, the PC was resetted. When I tried to
connect to my work in progress, I received that error.
At the time, I'm pretty sure that there was no one connected to my
development database, the server was just running in the tray at idle.
From what I gathered, it seems that the only way to get it back is to
reinstall IB6 and get the original ISC4.GDB, and create the users
again.
So, the questions are:
-is there any other way ?
-do I have to expect that kind of problem often in the future ?
TIA,
Spou
