Hi,

I have put an IB_LookupCombo in a grid, and everything works fine - that is
until the user types characters while the drop-down list is showing (in the
expectation that this will jump the the matching rows of the list). What
happens instead is that the characters appear to go into the "underlying"
editbox and shrink the size of the displayed list. Like this:




How can I stop this happening? Ideally, I would like the typed input to act
as an incremental search of the list. My second and third options would be
to make each character jump to the first (or next) value beginning with that
letter, or just to reject the input and beep.
