I am not aware of one.

Occassionally I have wanted a button that was only Enabled when the
dataset was in insert and/or edit and/or search mode. Sometimes I
only want it enabled in browse mode. So a button that allowed you to
select which states the button was enabled in would be convenient
sometimes. Is this what you had in mind?
