In order to use IBO effectively, you will have to go to a psychologist, and
let you reset with hypnosis to the age of 5-10...Then you will be able to
play with IBO a lot of time without worrying about productiveness. After
some time, you will know many of the gimmicks, IBO offers you. The problem
is only forcing yourself to go back to the doctor and let you reset to your
normal age again :-)
