I still think my original comment stands.

The 'Evaluation' version is the current 'shrink wrap'. It could be
tidied up, but I feel most of us that use the source are more than happy
with the format, until Borland get a single Delphi/Builder/Kylix version
that actually works with the same set of sub-directories.
