Geoff,
I don't think that is what is going on. I have my system setup the way you
suggest already. It is really beginning to bother me. I have checked all my
other components, and there are no noticeable delays. There are actually a
couple other IBO units that have a small delay, but not as bad as the
IB_Dialog unit.
I think the next step is going to be to uninstall all the IBO stuff and
start over, one module at a time till I find out what is doing it.
