Hmmm, not sure if I qualify as an expert under BCB5 (I still use
BCB4). But AFAIK you currently need access to the full source to be
able to use IBO with BCB. The last I knew Jason was not generating
the .obj and .hpp files necessary for eval with BCB.

Jason will let you know his usual procedure for this when he gets a
chance (there are several BCB users on the list, so rest assured that
it works well with BCB :-)
