Hi,

I just started playing with my first NT service app ever. My service is
descending from TsvcBase (IBS_Base unit).
In release notes for IBO 4.2 Fe (I believe) there is written some
changes were made to this class in order to enable normal NT shutdown.
Unfortunately when my service runs NT won't shutdown when requested - I
have to stop the service first.

Was the problem really solved or is there something special I have to do
? Currently I only override ServiceStart and ServiceStop handlers.
