Hi All

I am wondering if very quirky painting of the TIB_CtrlGrid (fails to paint
rows that are there, fails to indicate active row) when it's alignment is
set alClient is a known issue. I am using D5 with IBO 4.2.Eh and Win2K. I
can send more info if there aren't any known issues, or workarounds.
