I have an application running on a network with 20 PC'S; the server
has a WINDOWS'2000 Server
and the workstations WINDOWS'2000 Professional. Sometimes, one PC
take all
the network resource (or maybe it overloads Server CPU usage), due to
an application
bug not solved yet, so the other PC'S can't work (they remain
hanged). But if I wait several
minutes, all the PC'S return to work without problems.
I'd like to know if IBO has any kind of feature to know the excessive
use of the server/network resources, and then limit it to avoid this
big trouble.
It's to say, some way of rejecting those oversized requests on the
server side.
Many thanks in advance,
Hugo.
