OK, I set that one to No Email. You can still post from that address.

That one is not present in the list at all. If you have it in your alias list in your Yahoo account you should (according to the Yahoo doc) be able to post from it. I found that it doesn't work (for me) so I have my various email accounts both aliased AND subscribed, but only one is set to receive email.

You can modify your delivery settings yourself - you have do it on a list-by-list basis.
