Chris,
are approaching 2 Gigs in size. I don't know about Advantage, but I
think 2G is the current file size limit for FlashFiler.
This is one of the main reasons I'm betting my feet wet with IB/IBO:
We have a project for which 2G is inadequate and most "desktop"
databases have that limitation.
If your app is multi-user, be aware also that FF does not support
multiple concurrent transactions. It's critical that you design your
FF apps such that users cannot hold a transaction open for more than
the briefest instant.
