Version 2 of Flash Filer has overcome this limitation.

Version 2 of Flash Filer has also overcome this limitation (at least
this is my understanding of the documentation on their web site).

I would really prefer not to go with Flash Filer and was hoping for
some alternative suggestions that would allow be to continue down the
InterBase path.
