Would it be possible for you to provide me with a sample app that
demonstrates the behavior so that I can isolate where the inefficiency is?

In IBO version 4 that I am developing right now I have already completed the
improvements to the OnFilterRecord capability so that it won't require a
refresh. Are you by chance assigning the OnFilterRecord event at run-time?
This causes a refresh with the current production version of IBO. I'd like
to try this with IBO v4 and see how it compares.
