I thought of that but it seemed awkward to populate the rows. I'll give it
some more thought but I'd like to virtualize the dataset and make it so that
if someone still wants calculated fields even for their virtualized dataset
that it will work as expected.

I do fully intend to share the code that the calculated fields makes use of
to populate the XSQLVAR struct records.
