I have been wondering, why it takes so long, when I open a special
query. this Query is assigned to a table, that has 50 columns and there
are 4 datasets in the table. There are 3 calculatedfields in the Query.
Now I counted every time, the OnCalculateField-Event fires. After
opening the Query, the event has 147 times been fired. Now the Grid,
that is assigned to the Query loses the focus, because another form gets
the focus, and receives the focus again, the event fires up to 100 times
again. Can anybody explain this to me ?
