Gotta run, but I've uploaded an MS SQL 2 GDB beta with the following
improvements:
. you can drag Access files to the source text box and it'll get
configured,
. you can run the scripts with command-line isql,
. and fixes a bug with numerics.

However, I'm having a few problems with dialect 3 with isql
(specifying level 1 makes for less errors), I couldn't get isql to
insert blobs, and I get deadlocks when applying referential
constraints to the Northwind database (it's what I'm using, as a
sample app).

I'll see what I can do tomorrow. Feedback is, as ever, welcome.
