Beta 1, this utility will create the following stored procedures for
any table:

o Insert. Insert a row.
o Delete. Delete a row.
o Update. Update a row.
o Select. Select a row.
o Select All. Select all rows.
o Page. Select a group of records (similar to SELECT FIRST/SKIP)
