Version 1.15 of FBCopy tool is released.

With FBCopy, you can easily copy data between Firebird tables and
databases. FBCopy is a command-line tool, so you can use it
inside batch scripts, cron jobs, etc. You can also use the HTML output
option to get a clear overview of database differences.

There are a lot of nice GUI tools that do it, but they all require
thay you have fast access to database. If you have databases on remote
server, which are too big to copy them to your computer, pump the
data, and copy back, FBCopy is the choice.

Also, if you need to pump data on Linux or FreeBSD, this is (AFAIK) the
only native program that does it. The tool is open sourced, download and
use is free.


New features and bug fixes:

- Fixed problems with S switch and non-matching tables
- Fixed compile problem with 64bit integer
- If fields don't match or data cannot be copier, FBCopy output the
field names, so it's easier to fix the problem

FBCopy has has merged with FBUtils project, so you can also access it
via FBUtils website:

All further releases of FBCopy will probably be done only in FBUtils
