the database developer tool:
"Advanced Data Generator" (version 1.2.0)
A fast test-data generator tool that comes with a library
of real-life data, presets and much more.
This new release consists of four versions:
- Pro: ADO and ODBC connectivity
- InterBase Edition
- Firebird Edition
- MySQL Edition

Recent changes:
V1.2.0

- New: ability to import and export presets
- New: Spanish city and street names
- New: Spanish male and female first names and Spanish last names
- Enhancements: improved error reporting when loading projects
with missing presets
- Enhancement: added ability to truncate random Float values
- Enhancement: added ability take a random value from all streetnames
- Fixed: fixed type problems for database engines that
don't return parameter datatypes (like Gupta, PostreSQL etc...)
- Fixed: ADG had problems saving presets (and others) with
accented characters in names
- Fixed: fixed a problem if you were using {F:...} for Masked
Values as the only command
- Fixed: setting a boolean/bit column to "random" would display it as
set to "value from other column"
- Fixed: (MySQL) Version 4.1 authentication supported
- Fixed: (MySQL) Version 4.1 metadata fetching modified because of MySQL
changes
- Fixed: (Firebird) Did not double-quote case sensitive column/table names
