We are translating an accounting application from using MySQL to being single user. We have tried a couple of other embedded database systems, but they have limitations that multiply the work we have to do, and I am hoping that Firebird will fit the bill.

To install an application that is to run firebird, is it enough to simply copy fbembed.dll, so that the installation process for the customer is seamless?
