Hi all,
Today one of our client got these messages in the firebird.log:
DBSERVER (Server) Wed Apr 23 09:07:15 2014
Access violation.
The code attempted to access a virtual
address without privilege to do so.
This exception will cause the Firebird server
to terminate abnormally.

"C:\Program Files\Firebird\Firebird_2_5\bin\fbserver.exe": terminated abnormally (4294967295)
DBSERVER (Server) Wed Apr 23 09:07:21 2014
XNET error: XNET server initialization failed. Probably another instance of server is already running.
operating system directive CreateMutex failed
Cannot create a file when that file already exists.
DBSERVER (Client) Wed Apr 23 09:07:21 2014
Guardian starting: "C:\Program Files\Firebird\Firebird_2_5\bin\fbserver.exe"
Before these, several (I mean a lot) "INET/inet_error: read errno = 10054" was logged and the Server refused to answer to the requests for a few minutes.
What does the "1721 active service(s)" clause means? How can I find out the cause of the crash? How can I avoid it? I've searched the tracker to no avail, couldn't find any record that can be applied.
Server version: WI-V2.5.2.26540 Firebird 2.5
Server implementation: Firebird/x86-64/Windows NT
SuperServer
VmWare Virtual Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard, 16 GB RAM,8 core CPU.
Any hint is greatly appreciated.
Best Regards
Zsolt
