Hi guys,

I am a newbie in CentOS/Linux OS. I am trying to setup a connection from flamerobin in window to Firebird installed in CentOS 5.4.

Here are my setup
a) I am running Win7 and installed CentOS via VirtualBox as a guest OS
b) I got this IP address (169.254.235.74) from CentOS
c) I run these commands from CentOS terminal
- uname - n -> got Cent.OS54.com
- dnsdomainname -> got os54.com
d) I add this line to a file named host in folder window\system32\etc 169.254.235.74 cent.os54.com
e) run ping command(ping cent.os54.com) from windows, and the result was okay
f) checked firebird service in CentOS, it seems running
g) Register Server in flamerobin using these data
- Display name : CentOS
- host name : cent.os54.com
h) tried to retrieve server version from flamerobin, flamerobin asked for username and password, I wrote sysdba and masterkey and got error message "Your username and password are not defined"

Is there another steps I should do? Thanks in advance for your helps.
